Die Mehrheit der Arbeiterklasse wohnt hier. Soweto bringt jedoch nicht nur viele schwarze S\u00fcdafrikaner unter, sondern war auch das zu Hause vom ber\u00fchmten Aktivisten Nelson Mandela.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-very-dark-gray-color\">Die Tour begann und endete im <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sowetobackpackers.com\/\">Lebo\u2019s<\/a> Backpacker Hostel. Im Preis enthalten waren unser einheimischer Tour Guide und ein leckeres Essen f\u00fcr knapp 30\u20ac (430ZAR). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-very-dark-gray-color\">W\u00e4hrend unserer 2-st\u00fcndigen Fahrradtour durch Soweto hielten wir an vielen interessanten und historischen Orten, wie z.B. Wir erfreuten uns an einheimischen Bier, direkt aus dem Tetra Pack. Die Stelle, an der ein Sch\u00fcleraufstand statt fand und dabei unschuldige Sch\u00fcler\/Kinder erschossen wurden. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Worum ging es in diesem Aufstand?<\/strong> Sch\u00fcler protestierten friedlich gegen die Einf\u00fchrung der Sprache Afrikaans als Unterrichtssprache in der Schule. Als die Polizei ankam, fingen einige Sch\u00fcler an mit Steinen nach ihnen und deren Hunde zu werfen und setzten sogar sp\u00e4ter Autos und Geb\u00e4ude in Brand. Die Polizei wehrte sich, indem Sie Tr\u00e4nengas und Sch\u00fcsse abfeuerte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Das erste Opfer war Hector Pieterson, welcher seither als Symbol f\u00fcr diesen Aufstand steht. Das Foto, auf welchem er von einem anderen Sch\u00fcler getragen wurde, w\u00e4hren seine Schwester nebenher rennt wurde in der ganzen Welt ver\u00f6ffentlich. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Nelson Mandela House<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-very-dark-gray-color\">Als letztes ging es f\u00fcr uns zum Mandela Haus. Leider konnten wir am Tag der Besichtigung nicht ins Haus hineingehen, jedoch erz\u00e4hlte unser Guide die Geschichte so lebendig, dass ich am ganzen K\u00f6rper G\u00e4nsehaut&nbsp;bekam. Er hat Mandela wirklich kurzzeitig aus dem Grab auferstehen lassen, indem er ihn zitierte und genau erkl\u00e4rte, wof\u00fcr er die ganzen Jahre gelebt und gek\u00e4mpft hatte. Mein Lieblingszitat ist folgendes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-style-large\"><p><strong>No one is born hating another person because of the color of his skin, or his background, or his religion. Zuerst einmal ist es umweltfreundlich und man kann Orte besuchen, wo man mit dem Auto gar nicht hinkommt. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Falls ihr in Johannesburg seid und die gleiche <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sowetobackpackers.com\/activities\/bicycle-tours\/\">Tour durch Soweto<\/a> machen m\u00f6chtet, schaut einmal auf deren Website vorbei. Man kann sogar auch im Voraus online buchen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-very-dark-gray-color\">Das war\u2019s erst einmal von meiner Seite aus.
